Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Agriturismo Residenza del Marchese in Gualdo Cattaneo. Eine wunderbar geräumige Wohnung im ersten Stock, Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine sehr große Dachterrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht.
Das Gebäude liegt in einem großen Garten mit mehreren Sitzbereichen und einem Swimmingpool. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich ein ausgezeichnetes und attraktives Restaurant mit Gartenterrasse.
Die Wohnung war sauber. Der Empfang war freundlich.
Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht viele Ausflüge: Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Perugia, Montefalco, Bevagna. Alles ist innerhalb von höchstens 35 Minuten erreichbar.
Nachteile: Begrenzte Küchenausstattung. Sehr schwaches WLAN: d.h. kein Empfang in der Wohnung, nur im Treppenhaus und Restaurant. Fehlender Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse.
