Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions during the corona pandemic:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 31 days before the start of the rental. From the 30th to the 8th day, we charge 30% of the room rate. From the 7th and in the event of a no-show, we charge 50% of the room rate.
These cancellation conditions apply if no entry restrictions or quarantine regulations are issued for holidaymakers who have been to South Tyrol or Italy.
If restrictions are issued, you can withdraw from the booking at any time free of charge. We will transfer the deposit back to you or issue a voucher.

Wir sind schon seit rund 8 Jahre jährlich Gast in Goyenhof und sind Familie Hofer für all unsere positiven Einblicke in die Kultur und Kulinarik Südtirols dankbar.
Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Gäste, die tagsüber ihre Zeit am Berg verbringen möchten und sich nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung im Pool abkühlen oder in der Sauna entspannen wollen. Der Goyenhof hat eine geeignete Lage, die das Erreichen der umliegenden Seilbahnen (Meran 2000, Taser und Verdins) leicht zu Fuß möglich macht.
Morgens erwartet einen die am Vortag bestellte Auswahl an Brötchen und ein liebevoll eingerichtete Frühstücksbereich mit Kaffee und Kuchen, welcher auch mittags zur Verfügung steht.

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr sympathischen und liebevoll gestalteten Unterkunft. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was man wirklich in jedem Winkel spürt.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt den Gastgebern: Ich hatte während des Aufenthalts meine Sonnenbrille verloren. Die Eigentümer haben sich unglaublich hilfsbereit gezeigt und sogar nach unserer Abreise weitergesucht. Als sie die Brille gefunden hatten, haben sie sich sofort per E-Mail bei uns gemeldet und sie mir ganz unkompliziert per Post nach Hause geschickt. Das war wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam – ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür!
Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
