Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins without naming a replacement tenant who would take over the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account saved expenses:
Termination:
A) If the booking is canceled up to 42 days before the rental period begins, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
B) If the booking is canceled later than 42 days before the rental period begins, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the reserved accommodation or ends the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

The holiday home is located in the village of Grubine, in a very quiet and unspoiled area overlooking the quiet neighborhood. The small, quiet village of Grubine is a unique location for nature lovers, adventure lovers and families because of the picturesque landscape, natural phenomena such as 7 lakes. Here you can ride horses at Ranch Medvidovic. Visit one of the many nearby traditional restaurants - the region is known for its rural culture with good gastronomic offerings.
Complete your stay with trips to Split and Dubrovnik or swim at the pebble beaches of Makarska, a 30-minute drive away. Possibility to organize quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes just for you.

We had a really lovely stay at this well equipped beautiful villa. The owners welcomed us warmly and provided us with refreshments which were unexpected but most welcome. The villa had everything we could have wanted except an ensuite.
The gardens and outside space was wonderful - we used all the facilities on offer and spent most of our time enjoying the peaceful, tranquil surroundings. Our little grandson absolutely loved everything in the garden and had a wonderful time.
The pool unfortunately was far to cold for me - everyone else braved it.
There is so much to do and see and we loved this part of Croatia. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday with so much to do and so many places to see.

Marios Haus ist wunderschön und bietet alles, was man für einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und sehr praktisch! Mario war die ganze Woche über unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.
