Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the tenant
a/ for reasons related to the pandemic crisis situation (travel between regions is prohibited): refund of the amounts paid corresponding to the rent within one month of the date of stay (condition*: +80€).
b/ for other reasons:
- If more than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the deposit paid,
- If less than one month before the start of the tenancy, the tenant loses the entire deposit.

Comments
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional : 15€/person (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and the tea towels), Pool towel (+5€)
