1. Cancellation more than 5 months before:
Rent refund minus a flat rate of €100 for the change.
2. Cancellation 5 - 2 months before:
If a new tenant is found (by the tenant or by us), the matter is settled.
If not, then 50% of the rent will be retained.
3.From 2 months before: The full rent must be paid (no refund), unless the tenant finds a 'substitute tenant'.
