Cancellation policy
Tenants can withdraw from the contract in writing at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of the withdrawal notice by the landlord is decisive. The cancellation costs amount to 50% of the rental price up to 60 days before arrival, 80% of the rental price from 60 to 14 days before arrival, and thereafter 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Casa Refugio is located in a quiet residential area against the stunning mountain backdrop of Montana Rubicon. The Papagayo sandy beaches are within walking distance, as is the Marina Rubicon yacht harbor with restaurants. The beach promenade leads to Playa Blanca. A supermarket is about 500 meters away, and the Fire Mountains are nearby. After your explorations, return to the tranquility of Casa Refugio.
Getting there
With the rental car, you drive from Arrecife Airport towards Yaiza, then on to Playa Blanca. In Playa Blanca, head to the suburb of Las Coloradas, and in 30 minutes you will be at the house.

"Casa Refugio" ist ein Ort, an dem man sich gut und gern mal für 2-3 Tage zurückziehen kann, ohne vor die Tür zu gehen. Aufgrund von Pool, Whirlpool, großzügiger Terrasse, Liegen, Stühle, Tische und vor allem dem Strandkorb (zu empfehlen für Sternegucker!!) sowie sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche kommt wirklich keine Langeweile auf. 2 Klimaanlagen und Mückengitter überall runden das positive Gesamtbild ab!!!
Lanzarote allerdings muss man mögen.

Schön, dass Pool, Whirlpool, große Terrasse, Strandkorb für Sternenguck-Momente und die gut ausgestattete Küche Euren Aufenthalt bereichert haben. Auch dass Klimaanlagen und Mückengitter positiv auffielen, nehmen wir gern als Kompliment.
Ihr habt recht: Lanzarote hat seinen ganz eigenen Charakter — wer ihn mag, findet hier viel Ruhe und besondere Landschaften. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft und waren wie auch letztes Jahr von der Unterkunft begeistert. Sauber; gepflegt; alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Vom Grill über die Top ausgestattete Küche bis zum Strandkorb und so weiter. Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem hat man eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Zentrum.
Das Casa Refugio haben wir fürs nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Jeder der die Insel mag und Auspannen möchte hat mit dem Casa Refugio eine gute Wahl getroffen
