Our house lies in a quiet location and only approx. 5 minutes away from the city centre. There you find shopping possibilities, bars and restaurants.
Since 2007 we are classified as a 'Rosendorf' (village of the roses). Here you find four signposted walking trails which lead along our great rose patches. Enjoy the walk through the queen of the flowers.
The next railway station is 6 km away. To the 'Aqua Olsberg' it is 6 km and to the 'Lagunenbad Willingen' it is 15 km.
Skiing areas like Winterberg and Willingen are to be reached easily within approx. 15 km from us.

Fewo war sehr gut ausgestattet; geraumige Kueche; Wohnzimmer mit Essecke war gemuetlich.
Viele Wandermoeglichkeiten in Rosendorf Assinghausen, Nicht vergessen die Bruchhauser Steine und das Mittagessen in Gutscafe.
Juni 2026 kommen wir wieder nach Assinghausen und Familie Padberg

Eigentlich war es eine spontane Idee für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Hat sich aber auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Schön gelegen am Ortsrand auf dem Berg, kurzer Weg in die Wiesen und Wälder, immer gut mit Hund. Wohnung alles top, Küche gut ausgestattet, gute Betten, supertolle Terrasse, Wohnzimmer vielleicht ein bisschen rustikal, aber dank dem guten Wetter waren wir eh nur auf der Terrasse. Gastfreundliche und nette Vermieter, sehr hundefreundlich und meiner mag nicht jeden. Alles da was man braucht, selbst für 3 Tage, frisch bezogene Betten und Handtücher und ein guter Preis für die kurze Zeit...zu kurz. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
