Our spacious holiday home in Nußbaum is located in the picturesque Nahe Valley – perfect for those who appreciate relaxation, nature, and genuine hospitality. The house accommodates up to 9 people and is available for your exclusive use. It is wonderfully suited for families, groups of friends, or small gatherings.
The accommodation spans three floors and is lovingly furnished – with plenty of space to feel comfortable, relax together, and unwind. A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, several bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, a bright living room, as well as a large balcony on the upper floor make the house a place where you will feel at home right away.
In selected rooms, there are TVs, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For longer stays (or those with children), a washing machine and dryer are also available upon request.
The barrier-free ground floor with an external stair lift and accessible bathroom is also well-suited for guests with mobility limitations. Pets are warmly welcome. A fee of €15 per pet per stay applies. Children up to 3 years stay for free.
Parking is available directly at the house: two garage spaces, two outdoor parking spaces, and a public parking lot just about 100 m away.
Check-in is possible from 2 PM, and check-out is until 10 AM. Upon request, we offer a hassle-free self check-in and check-out – completely flexible according to your schedule.

Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist fußläufig erreichbar.
