Thanks to its biodiversity and the harmonious combination of unformed and formed nature, it is one of the most important botanical gardens in the four-country region of Lake Constance. Everything is just a few minutes away, just like the thermal baths, the nearest Kneipp pool or the pretty bathing garden. Überlingen's old town is also just a five-minute walk away and invites you to stroll along the promenade, go shopping, enjoy the diverse cultural offerings and let the Baden specialties melt in your mouth. And even if you can hardly believe your luck, back in the spa district you can really feel it again - the magic of nature.

Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Fernseher und die Stereoanlage, Gesellschaftsspiele sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß und vermitteln den Eindruck, dass diese woanders aussortiert wurden. Direkt neben dem Haus befand sich eine Baustelle und der Lärm störte unseren Aufenthalt, da ab 07:00 Uhr die Arbeiten begannen. Der Hausflur ist durch die Bewohner zugestellt und man hat Mühe seine Koffer, Einkäufe etc. nach oben zu tragen. In Summe hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Baustelle in Kürze abgeschlossen sein wird, da bereits die Innenarbeiten laufen.
Die anderen Punkten überprüfen wir gerne, da bislang dahingehend noch nie Beanstandungen kamen.

Wie haben uns in dieser wirklich hochwertig und komplett ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die helle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, getoppt mit der großzügigen und tollen Loggia mit Blick auf den See, sucht ihrergleichen.
Wir hatten auch wettertechnisch eine wunderschöne Woche und konnten auf unseren Rädern ausgiebig den See und die Umgebung erkunden.
Wir werden gern wiederkommen.
