Cancellation policy
(1) If the Lessee cancels (terminates) the contract prior to the commencement of the rental period without naming a subsequent Lessee who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved:
Cancellation
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
-up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period): 100 % of the rental price.
(2) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rent.
(3) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Selten so ein sauberes und gepflegtes Haus gebucht. Wir kommen viel herum, aber diese Unterkunft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Super nettes Vermieter Ehepaar und das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und absolut neuwertig. Angefangen von der Ausstattung bis hin zur Klobrille alles Tipptopp. Hilfsbereitschaft wird hier groß geschrieben und selbst unsere vergessenen Hundeleinen wurden uns nach Hause geschickt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in ihrem wundervollen Haus. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Makarska kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder zu Ihnen.

Es war der perfekte Urlaub bei sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Von der Anreise bis zur Abfahrt hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Lage mit dem traumhaften Meerblick ist ausgezeichnet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!
