Cancellation policy
If the tenant is not able to occupy the rental property for the agreed period, for whatever reason, he or she
must immediately inform the landlord of this fact. A message by telephone must be followed up by
confirmation via e-mail.
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement:
- prior to 35 days before the start of the rental period no charges will be due
and the 25% deposit will be refunded
- if cancelling within 35 days of the start of the rental period 50% of the full
rental amount is payable.
If the booking is affected by measures relating to COVID19/the coronavirus - such as border closures or
travel restrictions imposed by the authorities - but cannot be cancelled free of charge, the full rental price will
be refunded. A COVID19/corona infection within the travel group is excluded from this provision and 100% of
the rental amount remains due.
