Our summer villa is located near the picturesque village of Ágios Nikólaos, one of the largest in Sithonía, the middle Penninsula of Halkidikí. It is located at the center of Sithonía and from there you can easily visit any destination on both the famous west and east coasts of Halkidikí, as well as to many other interesting villages spread around on the waterfront (Vourvouroú, Sárti, Néos Marmarás, Toróni). The spectacular and unobstructed vistas of Panagía Bay, the small island of Diáporos and the towering shadow of the legendary Mount Athos, spiritual center of Orthodox Christianity, combined with the aromas of herbs such as thyme and oregano and rare endemic flowers that are native in the region, will make your stay a vacation you will remember for years to come.
In just a short 5-minute drive, our guests can enjoy sandy organized beaches with crystal clear waters, and the picturesque village of Ágios Nikólaos where you can shop and enjoy delicious meals in traditional taverns. The town of Nikíti is only 6 km away and offers exciting night-life. On the waterfront at Nikíti, there are wonderful taverns with seafood, as well as restaurants for all tastes, and very popular club-bars where people entertain themselves until late at night. Nikíti also features an old town where you can see the traditional architecture of the area and have a drink at its very trendy bars.
