Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels their rental agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking until six weeks before the rental start date, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the rental start date until the second week before the rental start date, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
