Cancellation policy

If your holiday cannot take place due to Coronavirus measures such as a closed border and/or negative travel advice to Zeeland, we offer you the flexibility to rebook your holiday to another period. Alternatively, we offer a voucher for the (deposit) so you can look for another period at your convenience. The total amount of the booking remains the same or is adjusted to the price for that period. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will pay the difference extra. For everything else, our General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy remain in force. You can cancel your booking up to 6 months before the start of the rental. In the event of withdrawal from the contract between 6 months and 1 month before the start of the rental, a fee of 20% is payable. In case of cancellation within 1 month before the start date, 90% of the rental price. In case of withdrawal on the day of the start of the rental, the entire rental amount is 100% payable.

Our holiday home is located on the Zeeland island of Noord-Beveland. Due to its unique locationâ€”between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde, and the Veerse Lakeâ€”it offers a vacation base for exploring Zeeland. Culture and history can be found in Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Domburg, and Veere. Nature lovers can explore the area by bike or via the hiking trails. Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports enthusiasts.

In a beautiful setting right on the North Sea beach and close to the Oosterschelde and Veerse Meer, you'll find Noordzee RÃ©sidence De Banjaard. A spaciously designed holiday park with excellent facilities. The surrounding area also offers numerous excursion possibilities. Beach lovers can reach Banjaardstrand, the cleanest and most beautiful beach in the Netherlands for several years running, in just a 5-minute walk.

Noordzee RÃ©sidence De Banjaard Strandlaan 38, 4493 SX Kamperland You are warmly welcome in our villa from 4:00 PM. With the confirmation, you will receive the code for the key safe. In the lockbox are the keys with which you can enter.

Das Haus war recht schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss mit Dusche und Waschbecken ist sehr klein, aber ok. Toilette auf dem Flur, auch sehr klein, aber auch in Ordnung, vor allem alles sehr sauber. Ich hätte mir Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern gewünscht. Hervorzuheben: Zur Begrüßung gab es Prosecco, außerdem waren 20 Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Prima! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Pool, außerdem der komplett eingezäunte und eingewachsene, große Garten mit seinen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegeplätzen. Insgesamt ist De Banjaard ein toller, sehr gepflegter Park, unglaublich ruhig trotz vieler Belegungen. Wir haben auch die Snackbar getestet, alles unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Einzig die Spaziergänge mit dem Hund fanden wir nicht ganz so schön, da sind wir Besseres gewohnt.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt sehr schöne Wege um mit dem Hund zu gehen. Das Wohngebiet ist sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Im kleinen Laden am zentralen Punkt bekommt man alles was man benötigt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet ausreichend Platz. Wir waren aber auch nur zu viert. Ich würde das Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Das einzige was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist das kleine Bad am Schlafzimmer und die separate Gästetoilette. Aber deswegen würde ich keinen Punktabzug geben. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub und die Sonne hat ihres dazu getan, dass wir den Pool fast volle 14 Tage nutzen konnten.
