At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is to be paid. The balance will be paid after consultation. Es handelt sich um eine professionelle Hausverwaltungsfirma, die mir jeden Tag bei der Verwaltung meiner Reservierungen hilft. Diese lokale Agentur aus der Region Makarska fungiert als Verbindungspunkt, indem sie sowohl das Potenzial für die Vermieter (mich) maximiert als auch die Gäste bei jedem Schritt des Weges begleitet. Sie begannen, mit Freunden und Nachbarn zusammenzuarbeiten, und mit der Zeit sahen sie die Möglichkeit, eine Agentur zu gründen. Auf diese Weise haben die Vermieter und ich mehr Zeit, um den Gästen persönlich zur Verfügung zu stehen. We had an amazing stay at Villa Vision!_x000D_ _x000D_ We stayed here from August 17 to 28, 2025, with a family group of 10 people._x000D_ The welcome we received was in one word: fantastic! We arrived later than expected, but that wasn’t a problem._x000D_ _x000D_ We had phone contact with the owner's son, Carlo, who was super friendly from the start. The owner drove up and greeted us kindly. He gave us a tour and explained various things. He said he would come back the next day for things like explaining us how the quad works as not everyone had arrived yet._x000D_ _x000D_ The next morning when all the guests had arrived, he came back and discussed the last a few things with us without any issues._x000D_ _x000D_ The pool water was a bit on the cold side, but after a quick chat, this was immediately adjusted—just like the temperature of the jacuzzi. The owner only requested to turn the temperature back down if we weren't going to use it anymore, which seems normal to us—we do the same at home._x000D_ _x000D_ We were also allowed to use the quad. The first 100 km were free, and after that, there was a fee per kilometer, which also seems completely reasonable._x000D_ _x000D_ When we arrived, there was a bottle of wine in the fridge and a large bowl of fresh grapes waiting for us._x000D_ We even got to attend their wine tasting with delicious local snacks (it was delightful)._x000D_ _x000D_ The BBQ was also great—you can sit in the shade and out of the wind, and there's no issue with smoke or smells._x000D_ _x000D_ So, in our opinion, if you treat the property with respect, you’ll receive a great deal of hospitality in return. We didn’t experience a single negative thing—not even with the neighbors, who were occasionally home._x000D_ _x000D_ As a conclusion: A wonderful and beautiful house with a very friendly owner._x000D_ Yes, you're a bit further from the usual tourist attractions, but that’s exactly what you choose this peaceful place for._x000D_ _x000D_ We hope all future guests treat the house and its owners the way they would want to be treated themselves—then you'll have an amazing time here.
