Holiday destination
Conveniently located within easy reach of the A4 highway in Sirmione, the many highlights attractions, such as: The Winery Ca Maiol, the stunning peninsula Sirmione, The Minigolf Sirmione (10 minutes by car), Terme of Sirmione, Grotte di Catullo, Scaligero's Castle, and leisure activities of Lake Garda are within easy reach. To a close walk distance, bus stop for tours of the ancient Castle in Sirmione.
The city center promises a classic day out and can be reached in few minutes by car. Water fans can soak up the array of water-sports and boat activities on the lake, as well as Gardaland (20 minutes by car), Parco Acquatico Cavour water park and Caneva World (23 minutes by car).
The cultural delights of Verona and its airport can also be reached in just 20 minutes by car.
Lake Garda is home to beautiful villa and garden attractions, family fun parks, water sport and wind surfing activities, sailing clubs, luxury spas and family run vineyard.

At the moment of the check-in we are now requiring the payment of a contribution of € 50,00 for the sanitization and disinfection of all the rooms.

Die Wohnung war für drei Personen absolut ausreichend, wobei eine Person auf der Couch schlief.
Die Reinigung der Wohnung mussten wir etwas bemängeln.
Leider war die Kommunikation bei Problemen ausschließlich per WhatsApp möglich und zeitnahe Beantwortung war nicht unbedingt gegeben und dauerte. Wir bevorzugen eher persönliche Betreuung. Wer es allerdings eher mit modernen Medien mag, kann sich hier betätigen.
Parkplatz hatten wir nicht in oder an der Anlage, sondern separat auf öffentlichem, kostenlosem Parkplatz ca. 8 bis 10 Gehminuten entfernt, war kein Problem.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, inkl. Küchenutensilien war gut und angenehm. Klein, überschaubar mit nettem überdachten Balkon, man konnte sich also auch bei Regen draußen hinsetzen. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und Kontakt finden zu Mitmenschen in der Anlage war leicht, alle hilfsbereit.
Ein mittelgroßer Swimmingpool mit Lifeguard in der Anlage war auch toll. Die gesamte Anlage war stets geschlossen durch ein Gartentor, sodass nur darin Wohnende hinein konnten. Schlösser der Wohnung und des Eingangs der Anlage waren per Zahlenkombination zu betätigen.
Müllcontainer waren außerhalb der Anlage gegenüber in ca. 3 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso zeitgleich zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt Migross, der wirklich alles hat, was das Herz begehrt!
Insgesamt gefiel uns die Wohnung.
