The house is located in the center of the small village of Pianello del Lario, just 5 minutes from the beach. There is a bakery in the immediate nearby and 2 small romantic restaurants are right on the beach.
Activities can be, for example, all kinds of water sports in summer, hiking in the mountains (an unforgettable but not dangerous experience, for every level of difficulty), a visit to the many small and famous villages such as Menaggio and Bellagio (also accessible by boat).
Getting there
By car:
Exit Lugano-Nord. Followdirection St. Moritz through Lugano, via Porlezza to Menaggio on Lake Como. Drive forward direction St. Moritz to Pianello del Lario.
MILAN AIRPORT:
Direction Milano-Varese and then direction COMO-CHIASSO. Exit COMO-LAGO and St. Moritz to Pianello

Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Leckerein-Korb und einem kalten Prosecco im Kühlschrank empfangen. Das Haus war absolut rein und modern. Private Garage mit Treppe zur Wohnung. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den See, beide mit Badezimmern verbunden. Sehr luxuriös mit Sitzbank in der einen Dusche. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bodenkühlung hat Raumklima unterstützt. Großer gepflegter Außenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen und Liegen. 10 Minuten zum Strand, nicht überlaufen und Schattenplätzen. Einkaufsladen 3 Minuten, Sportsbar auch. Sehr schöne Umgebung.
Mara war sehr herzlich. Sie und ihre Angehörigen leben ums Haus herum. Dennoch sehr privat und an nichts fehlend. Es war TRAUMHAFT!! Liebe Mara, wir danken dir herzlich! Alles Liebe für dich!!! Die 14 Tage bei dir werden wir nicht vergessen.

Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in der tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte sein dazugehöriges Bad. Selbst bei den heißen Temperaturen war die Wohnung angenehm abgekühlt. Für das Auto stand eine geräumige Garage zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse mit ihren Möbeln lud zum entspannen ein. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, der alles hat was man benötigt, selbst frische Brötchen. Der Comer See hat vieles zu bieten und man kann einiges besichtigen. Wir wurden herzlich von Mara empfangen, welche sehr gut deutsch spricht. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
