Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Die Villa Fiore übertrifft alle Erwartungen: Der freundliche Gastgeber sorgt für eine warme Atmosphäre und die Villa ist makellos sauber. Die liebevolle Dekoration schafft ein heimeliges Gefühl und die Aussicht ist einfach unbezahlbar. Der riesige Garten bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen, und es gibt perfekte Grillmöglichkeiten mit einem Kohle- und einem Gasgrill. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool, der mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet ist – ideal für entspannende Tage am Wasser. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit, vor Ort Wäsche zu waschen. Eine absolute Traumvilla für einen luxuriösen und komfortablen Urlaub!

Schöne Villa mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Motovun! Wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden lieben, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bei Fragen stand uns unser freundlicher Vermieter sofort zur Verfügung und half uns. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem eigenen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls geräumig und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Eine Waschmaschine steht den Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool und der großzügige Garten rund um das Haus, der auch unserem Hund sehr gefallen hat. Wir werden die Abende mit Lichtern und Kerzenlicht auf der Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick wirklich vermissen! Für unseren nächsten Urlaub in Kroatien/Istrien würden wir uns definitiv wieder für die Villa Fiore entscheiden. Eine klare Empfehlung für Gäste, die Ruhe und Frieden lieben, um sich vom Alltag zu erholen und zu entspannen. :)
