If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who would enter the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any expenses saved - are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-letting the space is not possible. Compensation: - up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price - within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination

Bayrischzell is a climatic health resort right at the end of the Leitzach Valley and at the foot of the Mangfall Mountains. The many surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling. In winter, the Sudelfeld ski area and numerous cross-country trails await you. The apartment itself is located directly at the foot of the Wendelstein and is slightly elevated on the slope. You have a fantastic view to the south overlooking Bayrischzell towards the Ursprungstal.

Getting there

About an hour by car from Munich. Preferably via the Irschenberg exit and through the Leitzachtal via Fischbachau to Bayrischzell. Coming by train from Munich main station via the BRB takes approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. The train's last stop is Bayrischzell.

Wir sind nun zum wiederholten Male zu Besuch gewesen und finden es immer wieder auf's neue schön. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und gepflegt - und der Blick über das Dorf und auf die Berge ist zu jeder Jahreszeit unbeschreiblich schön. Wenn irgendwo der Titel Traumferienwohnung gerechtfertigt ist, dann hier! Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir reisen nun schon zum 3x in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung und fühlen uns einfach dort Zuhause. Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter ist immer TOP! Schnell erreichbar bei Fragen und Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt. Selbst nach 3 Wochen möchte man eigentlich nicht abreisen! Ein großer Lob an die Zauberfee von Familie Zöllner! Es ist immer alles sehr sauber und mit viel liebe hergerichtet. Auch wenn wir in diesem Jahr sehr viel Pech hatten, werden wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Wir freuen uns schon auf 2026!
