After booking our holiday home, you may have to cancel your holiday plans. Travel cancellation insurance is always advisable and prevents major disappointments and financial burdens. If you have not taken out insurance and we have not found a new tenant for the period, we will unfortunately have to charge you 90% of the rental price.

Dog: one-time fee of €40 A tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night will be charged separately on site. The prices from 21 December 2024 to 11 January 2025 and 21 January 2025 to-1 March 2025 include eight people. We rent only to families and groups of people older than 25 years old.

Holiday destination
The village of Langewiese lies in the high altitudes of the Sauerland on the Rothaarsteig, one of the most densely forested regions in Germany. The air here is particularly good – no wonder that the community of 450 people has been officially recognised as a climatic health resort. Our holiday home “Der Steinbock” is located in the middle of this village – directly on the main road that leads to the busier Winterberg. The city centre is only 8 km away. In Langewiese, you can get everything you need to eat on site.
Getting there
You can easily reach Winterberg with your car. Only the last 20 km are country roads, which are well developed. There are also good train and bus connections.

Ein sehr gemütliches und auch schönes Ferienhaus. Mit einem Gastgeber, der sich für die Anliegen seiner Gäste immer Zeit nimmt. Das Haus liegt zentral und lange Fahrten sind so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert.
