Holiday destination
Our house is located in the National Park community of Krimml in the Salzburg region, nestled between the Zillertal Arena ski area and the Wildkogel holiday arena. The special location of our holiday home provides our guests with the ideal starting point for numerous activities during both summer and winter vacations. The municipality of Krimml, with the roaring Krimml Waterfalls and the Zillertal Arena ski area, is a hot holiday tip for both young and old. No wishes are left unfulfilled. Pure relaxation!

I am Monika Bachmaier, the owner and landlord of our cozy apartment house.
My main residence is located 10 minutes away in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, which means I do not live in the rental property, but I am always reachable and you will often find me at the apartment house.
Should you have any questions, I am always at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Frau Bachmayer steht einem gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite._x000D_
Die Skigebiete in der Umgebung sind gut mit dem kostenlosen Skibus oder dem PKW erreichbar. Bei zugeschneitem Pass aber nur mit Schneeketten befahrbar._x000D_

Sehr saubere Zimmer und alles ist intakt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In den Zimmern gibt es ein Doppelbett, ein Stockbett, manche Zimmer haben darüber hinaus einen ausziehbaren Sessel, der sich auch noch in ein Bett verwandeln lassen kann. Ich glaube, alle Zimmer haben eine Badewanne. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es zur Not einen Automaten mit diversen Getränken und Snacks. Im Keller offenbart sich eine Sauna, ein Kinderspielbereich, ein Tischfußballtisch, Billard und Tischtennis. Neben der Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss gibt es in den Stockwerken noch je eine Küche. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen, da nah an der Hauptstraße, man kann den Straßenverkehr zwar hören, es ist aber nicht sehr störend. Öffentlich auch gut zu erreichen, es gibt in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle und die Buslinie 670 kommt nahezu alle 30 Minuten und die Lenker sind auch sehr zuvorkommend und lustig. So kann man für so manchen Ausflug in die Umgebung das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Alles in allem hat es uns hier sehr gut gefallen, man muss erwähnen, dass man hier natürlich Selbstversorger ist und nicht in einer Vollpension lebt. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.
