In the summer, you can explore the hiking or mountain biking area from the house, and in winter it's all about skiing in and skiing out. It's only a few minutes by car to the center of Maria Alm!
You can also reach the lift facilities towards Aberg and Dienten/Mühlbach in just a few minutes on foot or via the house's own ski run.
