Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, they must pay a flat-rate compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord at the following rates:
Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 25 EURO)
Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 90%

The holiday home is located in Lemmer behind the dike to the Ijsselmeer in a quiet holiday park. Just 500m away, you'll find the popular sandy beach with a beach club and swimming pool of Lemmer. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and boutiques are just a 1500m walk away on the picturesque promenade along the canal in the heart of Lemmer.

Der Standort des Hauses ist ideal, mit guter Nähe zum Ortskern mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie zum Deich.
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten und Matratzen sind von guter Qualität.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern als auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Hausverwalter verlief angenehm und völlig problemlos.
Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber.
Insgesamt haben wir unsern Aufenthalt im Beachhouse36 sehr genossen und werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.
