Just a few minutes' walk from our holiday home, you'll reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the Netherlands along the North Sea coast. Julianadorp has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for environmental excellence for its clean water and beautiful beaches for years. Julianadorp-Den Helder has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands!
The park offers you: a petting zoo, mini-golf, trampolines, bicycle and go-kart rental, bread roll service, bowling, tennis court, and playground (50m from the house).

From the Ruhr area: Take the A3 motorway via Emmerich, which turns into the A12 towards Utrecht, A2 towards Amsterdam, A9 towards Alkmaar, N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, then west towards the dunes, after 200m go north

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel im wunderschönen Zeester 273A verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab war reibungslos und der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Das Haus war gemütlich, warm und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch an unser Kleinkind wurde gedacht: Babybett und Hochstuhl standen bei der Ankunft bereit.
Die Parkanlage ist sehr groß aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie lädt zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen ein, wenn es mal nicht ganz so weit rausgehen soll. Der Spielplatz, der Parkplatz des Hauses und die Mülltonne sind in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.
Kurz: wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns nach dem persönlichen Empfang der Vermieter sofort sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, das separate WC fanden wir sehr praktisch, ebenso den großen Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach im Flur.
Zur durchdachten Ausstattung gehören auch Kleinigkeiten wie Leselampen und Nachtlichter.
Die Anlage mit den über 350 Ferienhäusern ist sehr gepflegt, ebenso das Grundstück selber., das zwar mittendrin, aber doch sehr ruhig liegt. Die Dünen und der wunderbar feinsandige Strand sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
