IL Casettino is near the small village of Radicondoli. It is a medieval village, whose origins date back to very ancient times, in fact the first archaeological traces date back to the Etruscan period. Its appearance has been preserved almost unchanged over time, both in the urban structure and in the landscape.
Radicondoli is located in a strategic position that allows you to quickly reach the main art cities of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni. For those who love art, then a must is the impressive Basilica of San Galgano, which thanks to its special acoustics, is home to numerous classical music concerts.
A short distance from Radicondoli are also the Chianti vineyards and attractive seaside resorts on the Tyrrhenian coast, including: Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia, the Etruscan Gulf of Baratti, just to name a few.

The point of connection to the Via Francigena, closer to Radicondoli is near Monteriggioni, Abbadi Isola and leads to Siena.

Getting there
By car:
Take the motorway A1 to Florence. At exit 'Firenze Impruneta' turn to Superstrada (SS1) and follow in the direction of Siena.
Take exit 'Colle di Val d'Elsa South' and turn right in the direction of 'Colle di Val d'Elsa.
In the next roundabout follow the signs to 'Follonica –Grosseto- Radicondoli'.
After about 500 meters from the crossing for Radicondoli, you will find, on the right, the sign of IL CASETTINO, after 700 metrs you are arrived (At the entrance of the Holiday house there are 2 columns).

Die liebevoll umgebaute Scheune war das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil:authentisch toskanisch mit wunderschönem riesigen Garten u.tollen Pool zum relaxen. Von der Unterkunft hatte man eine weite Aussicht in die schöne Toskana Landschaft und es war alles sehr sauber. Wer selber kocht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Grazia u.Rossano waren großartige Gastgeber. Wenn Toskana Urlaub dann hier. Perfetto!!!
