Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price
(2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

Wir haben wunderschöne zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Mit dem Auto konnten wir alles schnell erreichen. Das Haus war super ausgestattet und sauber. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr bemüht und hat uns bei jegliche Fragen oder Wünschen unterstützt. Eine Entspannung ist durch die ruhige Lage schnell eingetreten. Der richtige Ort ungestört die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

We've spent in Villa Stipe Dvori 8 great days. The house is exactly as in the pictures. In the main house there is one bedroom, living room with kitchen and second bed on the entresol. The second apartment is located in the lower part of the house with a separate small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Everything is finished with high quality materials. Both apartments have AC and are fully equipped.
Outside there are two pools, one big and one small, lots of sunbeds and big wood grill which we used every day. There is also a garden with tomato's so everyday we had fresh vegetables.
Neighborhood is very quiet. For the first two days there was one car passing by the house. I was afraid that there will be a noise from the highway but you can't hear anything.
The owner Stipe is very nice and helpful.
