Cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel a confirmed reservation, we ask that you inform us in writing. The following charges apply:
•You can cancel free of charge up to 42 days before you are due to arrive. If you cancel during the last 42 days before you are due to arrive, you will be charged 70% of the total rental price. For no-show, you pay the entire rental price. (Dates are based on the time zone of the accommodation (CEST – Central European Summer Time))
•Advance payment: guests are requested to pay 25% of the total rental price as an advance payment when they make their booking.

Holiday destination
Piesendorf sits in a central location in the Salzburgerland region. This means that various golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglockner High Alpine Road and a wealth of beautiful natural surroundings to go hiking and mountain biking in are just a stone's throw away during the summer months. In winter, you can also head to the Walchen ski domain and quickly access the ski areas in Zell am See. It's also possible to ski on the Kitzsteinhorn – Kaprun's glacier – for the majority of the year.
Getting there
To reach Gernblickweg 90 in Walchen from Munich, follow these steps:
1. Start on the A8 heading towards Salzburg.
2. Continue on the A8 until you reach Exit 112-Siegsdorf. Take this exit to leave the highway.
3. Drive on the B306 in the direction of Inzell, Lofer, Bad Reichenhall.
4. Follow the B306 to Siegsdorf and then turn onto the B21 heading towards Lofer and Zell am See.
5. Continue on the B21 until you reach Zell am See, then follow the signs to Walchen.
6. In Walchen, look for the address Gernblickweg 90.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit 3 Hunden in diesem Haus.
Der Garten ist sehr schön und komplett eingezäunt, eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage.
Küche sehr gut bestückt, Betten sehr angenehm, Bäder groß und sehr schön ausgestattet. Es war einfach wunderbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen wieder
