The vacation house Apart Anneliese is located silently but centrally. You can reach the centre within a 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car.
The next public bus stop is 250 m away from the house. Only 200 m to a fee ski bus. The vacation house is situated between two wonderful and fantastic skiing areas. The first ski area is the skiing region Spieljoch, reachable in only 5-7 minutes by car or bus.
The second skiing region is skiing area Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal, reachable within appr. 10 minutes by car or bus (free of charge).
The water park Zillertal (with e.g. open air pool, indoor pool, sauna, solarium) is 380 m away.
Getting there
Please take the Zillertal highway B 169 to Fuegen. As soon as you see the "Binder Holzwerk" please leave the highway using the exit "Spieljochbahn".
Having reached the roundabout after approximately 30 m please choose direction "Spieljochbahn".
After appr. 40 m there is a second roundabout. Please take the third exit. Afterwards please use the old street (Therme Zillertal).
After appr. 500 m you will see a little bridge, followed by a fork where you should turn right (at the hotel Held).
Please drive past the hotel and approximately 500 m later you will see an apartment building with a large parking lot.

Wir haben zwar noch nicht im neuen Haus bzw. in den neuen Apartments von Anneliese übernachtet, aber unsere Aufenthalte oder kurzen Besuche auf unseren Routen durch Österreich sind bei ihr immer ein Traum!
Anni und ihre Familie sind einfach großartig, herzlich, spontan, offen, hilfsbereit … und und, ohne Witz: einfach tolle Menschen!

Perfekter Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und die schöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick gefallen.
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die gesamte Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
