Cancellation policy
If the borders are closed during covid we will return you 100% of your amount whenever you cancel your booking.
a) If the Guest terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason,they are still obliged to pay the full rental price.
b) The rental property including the furniture and the other contents are to be treated with care.The Guest is held responsible for the actions of other people,including any guest or visitors they might have,within the house.The Guest is liable for any damaged goods,damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property,whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guest or visitors.
c) Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the Owner.
d) If the guest is prevented to come to Villa Dual due to corona virus , owner (Martina Šestan) is obligated to return the deposit money (30%) back to the guest.

Absolute Ruhe durch die Lage in einer Sackgasse am Waldrand (kaum Probleme mit Mücken)_x000D_
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca 2 km) für alles was man braucht. Für größere Einkäufe sind wir 20 Minuten nach Pula gefahren (Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine usw)_x000D_
Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge mit Hund oder Joggingrunden_x000D_
Großer Pool (10 x5) Salzwasser, wenn man viel Zeit am Pool verbringt_x000D_
Große und schöne Terrasse mit bequemer Lounge zum chillen_x000D_
