Our villa enjoys a central yet quiet location in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz – just steps from the beach promenade and the fine sandy beach.
The iconic pier, the elegant Kurhaus (spa building), and the lively pedestrian zone with its shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
Built in the classic style of traditional seaside resort architecture (2003, modernized in 2019), it provides the perfect setting for your relaxing holiday on Rügen.
Getting there
Arrival by train: Destination station Ostseebad Binz
Arrival by car: In the summer months we recommend using the Glewitzer ferry and then the Alte Bäderstraße, as it keeps piling up especially in front of the city of Bergen.

Wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo in ruhiger und doch sehr zentraler Lage. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Sandstrand, nächsten Supermarkt oder zum idyllischen Schmachter See. Die Fewo verfügt über eine Kitchenette, einen recht großen Kühlschrank; hat einfach alles was man braucht, um sich ein Frühstück oder eine kleine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Und die kann man dann auf der kl. Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Das Auto konnten wir auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz parken und das sogar ohne Aufpreis. Einfach TOP!
Die Gastgeber wohnen auch vor Ort, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und sind sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für den wirklich traumhaften Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, eine super schöne Ferienwohnung sehr zentral glegen in Binz. Die Ferienwohnung kann ich nur empfehlen, ist alles da was man braucht. Ganz liebe Grüße Familie Fischer
