The comfortable stone villa Olitrus with large private swimming pool is situated in the middle of a plot of 5500 sqm covered with Mediterranean trees such as olives, citrus fruits and fruit trees and is ideal for couples or a family of up to 6 people.
Villa Olitrus is fully equipped with modern conveniences and offers an open plan kitchen that is both modern and cosy. In the living room there is a sofa bed for a 7th guest. On the ground floor there are three very comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with hand-picked furniture. One of them has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large shower. All rooms are on the ground floor and overlook the lush green garden. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the villa. The roof terrace is accessible by stairs and offers a fantastic view of the village, the fertile plain of Messara, the archaeological site of Phaistos and the Ida Mountains with Mount Psiloritis. Very impressive!
In the sunny front garden lies the inviting and large private swimming pool with chlorine-free salt filter system, which is very skin-friendly. The adjoining sunbathing area with shading and also the outside grill as well as the tranquillity of the surroundings invite you to linger in the beautiful complex. The southern orientation of the Olitrus Villa lets the sun shine all day long to the pool and the front garden. Close to the house there is also a natural water source. A charming place to enjoy privacy, tranquility, sun and nature!

Getting there
You can reach Crete from Germany, but also Switzerland or Austria comfortably from many airports. The nearest airport is in Heraklion.
From the airport we will gladly arrange a rental car for you, so that you can easily reach the holiday home.
Another possibility is the arrival by ferry from Venice and Ancona.

Wir waren zu fünft eine Woche in dieser herrlichen Villa auf Empfehlung von Familie Kirmaier. Dank der guten und ausführlichen Beratung ein Volltreffer.
Nicht direkt am Meer, aber alles andere war hervorragend. Die tolle Familie Papadakis vor Ort, der aufmerksame Empfang, alles sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine wunderschön in Olivenhainen gelegene und gemütliche Villa. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. und outdoor Grill! Doppelduschen in beiden Bädern! TOP! Das Grundstück eine Augenweide und Erholung pur. Nur wenige Meter zu einer tollen Pizzeria und der Ort Kamilari auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wir waren Ende August in der Villa Olitrus und haben dort mit unseren beiden Kindern, 5 und 8 Jahre , eine wunderschöne Woche erlebt. Alles war picobello sauber. Der Garten mit den vielen Früchten und der Weitläufigkeit war für uns herrlich. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Eine Taverne ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Katzen im Garten sind sehr gepflegt, unsere Kinder haben sie geliebt. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat sich um alles gekümmert und wir wurden in dezenter Weise umsorgt. Vielen Dank für alles!!
