The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, minus any saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:

Holiday destination
The holiday park Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard is located in the province of Zeeland, which boasts the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. Banjaard Beach has been awarded the title of the cleanest beach in the Netherlands multiple times.
Even in the summer, the beach is not overcrowded.
From the holiday park, you can take extensive walks along the beach or through the dunes, and there are many beach cafes on the beach.
By bicycle, you can take long trips into the peaceful hinterland with its idyllic, typically Dutch villages.
For shopping, head to the beautiful and picturesque cities such as Middelburg (15 km), Goes (24 km), or Zierikzee (30 km).
A special treat is the picturesque, quaint town of Veere with its small shops, cafes, and restaurants. From Veere, you can also take trips on the Veerse Meer or enjoy other water sports.
In the park center, there are reception, supermarket, restaurant, bicycle rental, tennis courts, mini golf, and an indoor pool.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus, gepflegt und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, Küche super ausgestattet. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.
