Piani is a small, unspoiled village about 2 km from Imperia and the Mediterranean Sea. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment, about 500 m away, there is a supermarket, a bar, and a pharmacy. In the older part of the village (you cross the bridge to the other side of the river), there is a nice restaurant "Pizzeria Amelia" where you can comfortably dine in the evening. The nearby beaches of Porto Maurizio in the district of Borgo Prino are sandy and most of them are public.
