Cancellation policy
Cancellations prior to 3 weeks before the commencement of the booked stay are free of charge. Thereafter we charge 30% of the agreed rental price.

- Booking requests can only be made through this website.
- Bookings should be considered confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email.
- Bookings not completed after 24 hours will be cancelled. Please ask again if necessary.
- We don't rent out to clubs, bachelor/hen dos or for parties.
- High season = vacation time in Hessen and North Rhine Westphalia, as well as local holidays and events.
- Smoking is not allowed inside our house, there is a covered terrace for such things.
- Animals are allowed in the house, but not on the beds or sofa.
- For pets there is a one-off charge of 20 Euro per stay.

Holiday destination
The Willingen region is perfect for a family getaway or a chilled time out with friends. There are hikes out to the woods and across heathland starting right outside, as well as dedicated BMX tracks and skiing areas.
Close by are also various facilities - an ice skating rink, pool, biathlon, summer toboggan run, outdoor climbing garden, sled dog races, brewery, shopping, food, pubs, bars and beer gardens. glassblowing, curioseum, mountain bike park, Nirvana curves for motorcyclists...
Getting there
Usseln holiday park is easiest to reach by car or motorbike. You can also take a train to Korbach or Brilon Stadt and take a taxi or rent a car there, or fly to Paderborn-Lippstadt and rent a car there. We can provide you with a local taxi number on request.
SatNav: Make sure to enter 'Willingen (Upland)'
If driving, from Korbach, turn left after the petrol station on the way out of the village (the main road is called Hochsauerlandstrasse, and you turn left onto Am Schneppelnberg). From Willingen, after the turn off for Stryk, turn right onto Am Schneppelnberg. Follow the green signs to the 'Ferienpark'. After the Hotel Berghof, turn right into street 'Unter der Egge', the Ferienpark Usseln is on the left at the end of the sealed road.

Wir waren schon sehr oft in der Ferienhaussiedlung. Haus Kent ist mit Abstand das best ausgestattet Ferienhaus was wir bislang hier hatten. Hochwertige Einrichtung und moderne Technik, sogar mit TVs in den Schlafzimmern. Ich hätte das Haus auch genau so eingerichtet wie es ist. Liebevoll bis ins Detail. Auch sehr nette Übergabe der Kurkarten und WLAN Bestimmungen. Schöne Grüße an Simona. Wir würden gerne Mal wiederkommen.

Für das Ferienhaus Kent sind 5 Sterne, die zu vergeben sind, eigentlich zu wenig!
Vom ersten Kontakt per E Mail, über den sehr netten persönlichen Empfang vor Ort war alles super. Wir waren sofort begeistert! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts! Was besonderes aufgefallen ist, war die Sauberkeit! Man hatte das Gefühl, man wäre der erste Gast! Wir können eine ganz klare Empfehlung für das Ferienhaus Kent aussprechen!
