Cancellation policy

Delay in payment, withdrawal, cancellation and interruption of stay If the renter defaults on payment, if the renter withdraws from the contract or if the renter cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a new renter who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following prorated rents (less ancillary costs & visitor's tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the spared expenses, in addition to a processing fee of EUR 50, insofar as it is not possible to rent out the property to another lessee: -up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee - up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price -up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee -up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. A cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted). The date when the notice is received shall be deemed the effective date.

The possibilities are endless or, literally speaking, "borderless". You'll be staying in both the Netherlands and Flanders at the same time. Sluis, a historic town with old windmills and picturesque pedestrian zones. Ghent, Bruges (40 km), Antwerp - explore Belgium's most beautiful cities! In the immediate vicinity: "Waterdunen", a nature reserve and local recreation area. On the dyke you can take kilometre-long bike tours and visit Cadzand or Knokke, to name just a couple places; swim in the ocean, play with your dog, eat mussels, watch the ships, or simply relax. Bresken and its surrounding area offer numerous restaurants and bistros, among them even Michelin star restaurants. Fishing expeditions leave from the harbour.

Holiday destination

Droompark Schoneveld welcomes you in Breskens in the province Zeeland, only 650m from the beach. It offers a terrace, a playground, a bowling lane and a restaurant. The holiday residence also provides free parking. There's also an indoor pool. At the Droompark Schoneveld, you can relax in the sauna.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im EuroParcs Schoneveld und werden auch wieder dort hin fahren. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Lage zum Strand und Meer super, die Sauberkeit im Park sehr gut. Wir zwei Erwachsene und drei Hunde hatten im Chalet genügend platz. Es ist im Chalet für uns alles vorhanden gewesen. Die Toilettenspülung hängt ab und zu mal, lässt sich jedoch mit etwas rütteln wieder in gang setzen. ;-) Die Lage vom Chalet gefiel uns sehr gut, denn wir brauchten etwas Ruhe und die war in der Seitenstraße gegeben. Der Kontakt mit Frau Jakobsen verlief einfach und schnell.

Das Chalet liegt in einem ruhigen Quadrat, also fast keine Autos. Diese dürfen ein paar Meter weiter auf einem Parkplatz stehen...zumindest bei diesem Chalet. Es hat einen schönen Garten und ist mit einer Hecke umgeben. Im Haus ist alles in gutem Zustand. Ein Regal o.ä. für Vorräte wäre gut gewesen...aber da wir nur zu zweit waren...es war okay. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei und mit dem Heißwasser hätte man durchaus Tee kochen können . Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden. Schade nur, daß das Schwimmbad nicht zu benutzen war. Dauerhaft geschlossen. Steht allerdings nicht auf der deutschen Europarc Seite. Trotzdem empfehlen wir das Chalet gerne weiter.
