The villa is located in a small village Roži. The environment is very quiet and you can really switch off. By car in a few minutes you can easily reach Žminj (3 km). Beautiful beaches of Istria are all reachable in just 30 minutes, and we especially recommend the beaches around Bale - crystal clear sea, magnificent trees and a beautiful view of the open sea.
