Should the tenant wish to withdraw from the rental agreement for any reason before the start of the rental period, they are liable for the full rental fee as contractually agreed, if the holiday apartment cannot be rented out to someone else. In the event of a subsequent rental, a fee of 150 Euros will be charged for the inconvenience caused. The landlord recommends taking out cancellation insurance.

Die Ferienwohnung, die Terrasse, der Garten und die Aussicht sind top! Wir waren begeistert und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem. Von dort gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen.
Die Kommunikation per Email und auch ein persönliches Telefonat waren sehr freundlich. Die Tipps von Herrn Stark bezüglich Ausflugsziele und Gastronomie waren sehr hilfreich.
Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Ausblick auf den See ist wunderschön.
Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung wie beschrieben. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Top gepflegt und sauber.
Austausch mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und informativ.
Im Kühlschrank stand ein Willkommensgruß in Form einer Flasche Prosecco.
Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
