In the event of a subsequent rental, a fee of 150 Euros will be charged for the inconvenience caused. The landlord recommends taking out cancellation insurance.

Die Lage der Wohnung und der Ausblick auf den See ist wunderschön.
Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung wie beschrieben. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Top gepflegt und sauber.
Austausch mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und informativ.
Im Kühlschrank stand ein Willkommensgruß in Form einer Flasche Prosecco.
Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Da ist alles, was, man braucht: eine wunderschöne Umgebung samt toller Seesicht, eine Terrasse, auf der man mehr Zeit verbringt, als in der Wohnung, eine Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt.
Und dazu noch: totale Ruhe für Ruhesuchende.
Wer eine gute Bäckerei sucht: Fornaio Fratelli Martinelli in Germignaga. Da lohnt sich auch morgens der Weg mit dem Fahrrad.
