Holiday destination
Perfect location, as you can reach the town of Ribolla with its pizzeria and all shopping facilities in just a few minutes (also within about 15-20 minutes on foot). Here you will find all shopping amenities. Roccatederighi and Montemassi are also not far away, where you can dine excellently. Extensive free and unspoiled beaches are about 25-30 minutes away by car. The medieval town of Massa Marittima is about 20 minutes away. Overall, destinations such as Siena, Pisa, or Florence are easily accessible.

Note: Approximately 800m of unpaved road, the last 100m are very steep and rough, therefore not suitable for low-lying cars or sports cars.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht.
Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und man kann die Ruhe in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders möchten wir auch die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber erwähnen. Er war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar, sodass wir uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben.
Der Weg zum Haus ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran.
Insgesamt ein wunderbares Ferienhaus mit top Ausstattung, traumhafter Lage und einem großartigen Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wer Ruhe in traumhafter Lage sucht, ist bei Herrn Steinborn genau richtig. Schon die Buchung war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Bestätigung kamen viele hilfreiche Infos und die Anfahrts- und Reisetipps waren Gold wert, sodass wir direkt entspannt angekommen sind.
Das Haus ist wunderschön und genauso wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Besonders toll fanden wir den eingezäunten Garten und die gemütliche, überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir viele schöne Abende verbracht haben.
Kurz gesagt: ankommen, wohlfühlen und am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Wir kommen 2027 wieder!
