Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without providing a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant shall be obliged to pay compensation, taking into account any expenses saved, in the following amounts:
Cancellation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee will be charged in accordance with the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
no-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel amount
(2) The tenant may at any time provide proof that a lesser loss has been incurred.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental amount.
(4) A cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord shall be decisive.

The pool offers an incredible view of the sea and nearby islands. We spent a lot of time playing billiards, especially during the hottest hours, since the stone house stays beautifully cool. Playing the piano was also a highlight and so much fun! We also enjoyed barbecuing. Owners are extremely welcoming, friendly, and responsive. During our stay, we took a day trip to Makarska for a boat tour, explored Split for a food tour, and walked the walls in Dubrovnik: what an amazing time! Thank you for making our vacation so special!

What a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly friendly and always ready with helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. The houses were spotless from the moment we arrived, and any little issues were handled immediately. We felt completely at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
