Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the day of
the start date.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus
administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the period.

It's a great family restaurant "De Princen Keete" next to the beach and a beautiful beach "Klavertje Vier" with a large terrace. Also in Groote Keeten, a party center/restaurant/dancing "Brekers". The village is located 3 km north of Callantsoog and 13 km from Den Helder.
In Callantsoog, which is a 5-minute drive away, you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and an Albert Heijn supermarket that is open 7 days a week from 08:00 to 22:00.
