Holiday destination
The locality of Kail is also known as the Moselle Heights Community and is located directly on the Moselle trail. Section 19 leads straight past our front door, so that you as our guest you can reach the Moselle with a short hike of 3km to swim with your dog or explore the Gallo-Roman Martberg. The picturesque castle of Eltz and the town of Cochem are only 10km away and can be easily reached by train or boat via the Moselle.
Getting there
From the A48 Eifelautobahn, exit Kaisersesch, direction Cochem, after 200m turn left, drive 5km to Illerich.
In Illerich follow the signs for 5 km to Kail.
Along the Moselle following the B49, coming from Koblenz to Pommern, the mountain route 3km up to Kail
Coming from Trier B49 to Klotten, mountain route 5km up to Kail
If you arrive by train, we would be happy to pick you up at Pommern station.
In the village Kail, Hauptstr. 10 former petrol station - you can't miss it.

Burg Elz, Cochem, Koblenz und ganz viele andere interessante Orte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut erreichbar (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt in Treis-Karden. Der Ort ist etwa 4 km entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und gemütlich und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft war genau wir beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Besitzer, denn egal was uns fehlte oder egal welcher Wunsch, alles wurde sofort erfüllt. Wir hatten eine erholsame und gelungenen Auszeit um Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen.
