Fantastic location. Easy walk to the lake shore in Manerba. Any water sport is possible there, or just relaxing on the beach.
In the Bay of Manerba there are many opportunities to take home unique experiences.
The offshore rabbit island (isola dei conigli) can often be reached on foot, or always with a small ferry.
Plenty of rental boats with 40 hp engines can be rented, which you can drive on Lake Garda without a boat license.
The house is also close to a center with many events and restaurants, all within walking distance.
But you can also have a barbecue at the house, or get a pizza at home. What better place to relax than on your own terrace.
This is invaluable today. Who doesn't want to accompany their dinner with a glass of typical Lake Garda wine. Wine cellars for picking up specialties and olive oil are everywhere nearby.
The towns of Salò and Desenzano are also nearby.
Excursions to Verona, Venice or Milano and Bergamo should definitely be planned.

Hatten das Haus für eine Woche gemietet. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Haus in perfekter Lage mit allem Komfort den man braucht.
Wir hatten das Haus über oasigarda.org gebucht.
Das Team um Renata ist perfekt organisiert und immer erreichbar und super freundlich.
Die Einweisung und die Hinweise für die Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich.
