Die Umgebung und die Aussicht sind sehr schön. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Charme.
Was mich wirklich störte, war die oberflächliche Sauberkeit des Hauses. Besteck war schmutzig, Töpfe und Pfannen nicht abgewaschen, der Backofen ranzig, die Dunstabzugshaube sehr fettig, das Brotbrett noch voller Krümel und die Spülmaschine war unbrauchbar, da sie einen fürchterlichen Gestank verströmte. Im Nebengebäude lag noch Brot von den Vormietern im Gefrierschrank, und der Kühlschrank war schimmelig. Wir mussten alles putzen, bevor wir es richtig genießen konnten. Die Kontaktperson meinte, sie hätten nicht genug Zeit gehabt, alles gründlich zu inspizieren. Für 2300 Euro pro Woche sollte alles in Ordnung sein, war es aber nicht.
Ich habe alles an Belvilla weitergeleitet, und die hielten es für nicht ausreichend, eine Beschwerde einzureichen.
Ich werde nie wieder über Belvilla buchen. Widerlich.
Ansonsten war die Kontaktperson hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wunderschöne Villa, ruhige Lage, viel Privatsphäre.

Wunderschöne Villa, ruhige Lage, viel Privatsphäre.
Ein paar Dinge hätten bei der Ankunft verbessert werden können: Der Pool und die Außenküche waren schmutzig, und aufgrund eines Kurzschlusses gab es weder Licht noch Wasser in der Außenküche. Die Pooldusche hatte kaum Wasser, und der Wasserhahn tropfte. Er sollte ausgetauscht werden, aber der Wartungstechniker hatte die falsche Größe.
Darüber hinaus war ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck usw. vorhanden.
