Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without providing a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant shall be obliged to pay compensation, taking into account any expenses saved, in the following amounts: Cancellation: up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee will be charged in accordance with the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska. up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price no-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel amount (2) The tenant may at any time provide proof that a lesser loss has been incurred. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental amount. (4) A cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord shall be decisive.
