Schönes Ferienhaus mit grosszügiger Terrasse und angrenzendem Grünbereich mit Parkmöglichkeit innerhalb einer Umgebungsmauer mit doppelflügeligem Einfahrtstor. Das Ferienhaus hat zwei separate Wohneinheiten (EG und OG) wobei man im EG ungestört vom OG wohnt. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kühl-Gefrierkombination neben einem Gasherd mit 4 Platten und Backofen sowie eine Mikrowelle. Die Räume verfügen bis auf die Eingangstüre über einen öffenbaren Insektenschutz was als sehr angenehm empfunden wurde. Das Ferienhaus (Ferienwohnung) ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vertretung vor Ort war sehr unproblematisch und schnell erreichbar.
Für uns persönlich war der Strassenlärm gewöhnungsbedürftig (insbesondere abends), da wir in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend im Schwarzwald wohnen.
