Cancellation policy
1. Reservations.
A reservation for an apartment can be made in writing.
We will send the tenant the lease agreement as soon as possible.
We would like to receive the lease agreement filled out and signed in return.
Once the contract is returned, the reservation is final, and the tenant is liable for the rental amount.
2. Payment.
Within 10 days of receiving the lease agreement, 35% of the rental amount must be deposited into the landlord's account.
The remaining balance must be transferred at least 2 months before arrival. If this amount has not been transferred 6 weeks before arrival, the reservation will be declared invalid. Extrajudicial costs associated with the demand for payment of the unpaid or partially unpaid rental amount are at the tenant's expense.
3. Cancellation.
Do you need to cancel the booking for compelling reasons?
Please notify us as soon as possible. However, you remain liable for the rental amount.
Only written cancellations will be processed.
There will be no deviation from this rule.
4. Liability.
We are not responsible for any damages, accidents, losses, or other irregularities that may occur to guests during their stay.
