The deposit equal to 50% of the rental cost must be transferred within 5 business days following booking confirmation. You will lose the deposit if you cancel less than 7 business days prior to arrival and no replacement booking is made for the same period.

Wir erkundeten von unserer Ferienwohnung aus Tübingen und seine schöne Umgebung und fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist rundum sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und hat einen riesigen Balkon. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig, Handtücher standen in unbegrenzter Anzahl zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Übergabe verlief unkompliziert. Der Bus hält nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und fährt von dort ohne Umsteigen bis in die Stadt. Bei der Rückkehr konnten wir dann jedes Mal die Stille genießen und freuten uns auf "unser Zuhause". Von der Wohnung aus haben wir u. a. eine wunderschöne Fahrradtour durch den Naturpark Schönbuch unternommen. Ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter mit ausführlicher Einweisung in alle Gegebenheiten der Ferienwohnung.
Der Wohn-Schlafraum ist sehr großzügig ausgebaut und bietet jede Menge Platz. Mehrere Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind geschmackvoll verteilt und laden zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Schmökern ein. Die großen Betten und bequeme Matratzen bescherten uns immer einen angenehmen Schlaf. Highlight war immer das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse mit Fernblick und Vogelgesang. Diese Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ( und die große Dusche) tat nach aufregenden Stunden in Tübingen so gut, dass man das Gefühl hatte, nach Hause zu kommen. Dafür möchten wir dem Vermieterpaar ganz herzlich danken. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir werden uns garantiert wieder einmal einfinden.
