Our apartment is in the 1st floor. A comfortable living-kitchen with dish-machine is available, 2 double rooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, a toilett and a wardrobe in the floor. In the groundfloor we provide a special room for shoes and skis with a shoe-heating.
Relaxation in our new well-being room with sauna. Recreation in a personly atmosphere.
The cycle-trail is passing our house. Also the bus stop is next to our house. A parking is reserved in front of our house.
Our house is newly built. We worked hard and a lot because we did much ourself. Also some furnitures in the appartement are self-made.
Pets are allowed on request!
From May 1st to October 31st all guests staying 3 or more nights in our apartment will get the Bregenzerwald Guest-Card for free use of the cablecars, public busses and swimming pools in the area.

In summer (from May to October) with 3 overnight stays or more you receive the Bregenzerwald Guest-Card for free use of the public bus, the cablecars and the swimming pools in the area.
Our house is tranquilly situated, 4 km from the village center of Andelsbuch. In summer and winter holiday fun is starting in front of our house: doesn't matter if by foot, by bike, by bus or by car.
In winter numberous skiing areas are in a surrounding of less than 30 minutes. The biggest skiing area in the area - Damüls-Mellau (105 km) - you will reach in only 10 minutes. With the "3-Täler-Skipass" you are allowed to ski in all resorts and skibus is included as well.
In summer if you stay 3 overnight stays or more in our house you receive the Bregenzerwald guest card. With its you are allowed to use the public busses, the cablecars and the outdoor swimming pools for free.
Unser Haus liegt im Ortsteil Bersbuch - 4 km nach dem Ortszentrum von Andelsbuch in der Nähe des Kreisverkehr Schwarzenberg - Richtung Bezau.
