Both parties can cancel free of charge at any time if travel and/or stays are not possible due to a corona lockdown.
It's generally possible to cancel the apartment after you've booked. The lessor must be informed of this in writing (via e-mail/fax/post) immediately.
The lessor will then try to find another tenant. If no new tenant can be found, the original tenant must pay the landlord upon notification
from 14 - 7 days before the arrival date: 80% of the rental price
from 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the rental price
100% of the rental price is payable if you cut your stay short.

Host informationDear guests, lots of people who've visited me have mentioned that it's so beautiful here and that the house sits in a uniquely great location. This prompted me to turn it into a holiday home. The accommodation has a number of incomparable advantages, including: its proximity to Nuremberg with excellent transportation links; a pharmacy, a doctor, and shops within walking distance; a location in a very peaceful cul-de-sac in the middle of a leafy area that's nevertheless not far from the town centre. I feel extremely happy here and would love to introduce you to this beautiful spot.

Im August 2025 haben wir zu zweit einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung der Frau Riedel im Schwarzachtal verbracht!
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet, war picobello sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sie liegt ganz ruhig, fast unmittelbar am Waldrand, verfügt über einen schönen kleinen Garten und eine überdachte Sitzfläche, auf der wir regelmäßig unser Frühstück und ggfs. auch unser Abendbrot eingenommen haben.
Die Vermieterin, Frau Riedel, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit! Wir konnten uns zu jeder Zeit an sie wenden.
Die waldreiche Gegend und der nahegelegene Ludwig-Donau-Main-Kanal eignen sich super zum Fahrad fahren. Wir können sowohl die schöne Gegend, als auch die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

es freut mich so sehr, dass Sie sich hier wohl gefühlt haben. Sie waren aber auch sehr nette und liebe Gäste, wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann. Das Wetter war ja auch gut, sodass Sie die schöne Umgebung unserer Ferienwohnung voll genießen und erkunden konnten. Sie waren in dieser Hinsicht sehr aktiv und haben auch die Bahn, die von uns aus fußläufig zu erreichen ist, genutzt. Einen besonderen Dank muss ich auch aussprechen, dass Sie die Wohnung in einem super sauberen Zustand hinterlassen haben. Ich hoffe, Sie kommen einmal wieder, es gibt sicherlich noch sehr viel zu erkunden und ich würde mich sehr freuen, Sie wieder hier zu haben. Ganz liebe und herzliche Grüße

Die Einrichtung entsprach den Fotos und daher auch unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Einziges Manko war die Internetnutzung (4k-Streaming stark eingeschränkt, WLAN-Zugang wurde an allen Endgeräten automatisch abgemeldet, mit Reduzierung auf 1080 p war eine bessere Nutzung möglich). Die fußläufig erreichbare Schwarzachklamm ist sehr idyllisch und gut zu durchwandern. Die Städte Regensburg, Nürnberg und Bayreuth eignen sich fürs Sightseeing (mit sehenswerter Architektur).

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit dem WLAN Probleme hatten. Wir haben in Ihrem Beisein die Verbindung gesprüft und konnten keinen Fehler feststellen. Außerdem haben wir nochmals ein You-Tube-Video mit 4K über 20 Minuten abgespielt und es hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Fehler, der bei Ihnen aufgetreten ist, ist uns ein Rätsel und konnte nicht rekonstruiert werden. Wir werden es weiter beobachten und uns um die Angelegenheit kümmern. Bisher hatten wir diesbezüglich auch keine Reklamationen. Das sonst in der Ferienwohnung alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit war, freut uns sehr.
